S&E Gets Summary Judgment Win Under EPL Policy

Blake Evans and Stephen Burnett obtained a critical summary judgment on behalf of their client in a Fort Worth state court declaratory judgment lawsuit concerning coverage for an underlying employment claim under an EPL policy. The summary judgment concerned the core issue of whether alleged misrepresentations about an employee discount home purchase policy were covered “employment-related” misrepresentations under the EPL policy.
