S&E Obtains “Death Penalty” Sanction on behalf of Client

Schubert & Evans (Blake Evans and Stephen Burnett) recently obtained a “death penalty” sanction against a defendant in a Florida state court coverage suit. The trial court found that multiple violations of previous discovery orders (two of which Schubert & Evans upheld on appeal) warranted the imposition of sanctions that included striking the opposing party’s pleadings and entry of a default judgment on liability.
